How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Editedexpense Pest Control wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to make a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Editedexpense Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If a problem comes from work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, we want to hear about it. What you share helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of expectations may be removed. Please know that Editedexpense Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If you worry about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@editedexpense.living and try to include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Editedexpense Pest Control or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you hope we can do

Don't worry if you cannot remember every detail. Share what you have.

What Comes Next

Editedexpense Pest Control will confirm that your complaint arrived by email, usually within a few business days. It will then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, you will get a reply that explains what was found and any steps being taken.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If the reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
